We offer a friendly and personal service with a range of accounts:

* Savings and Loans Account - providing a place where your savings can grow and the opportunity to borrow money at a fair rate of interest (currently 1% to 2% per month on the reducing balance - 12.7% to 26.8% APR).

* Additional Savings Account - if you want a separate place to keep savings that you are setting aside for a particular purpose.

* Bill Paying Budget Account - so you don't have to remember when to pay your regular bills.

* Young Saver Account - for young people from birth to age 16.

Other benefits

* Provided that we generate sufficient annual surplus, we are able to pay a dividend. On 30 September 2006, we paid a 1% dividend.

* Life insurance protection on savings and loans, at no extra cost. (Terms and conditions apply.)

* No bank charges - no arrangement fees - no small print.

* Free cheque cashing - for our members without bank current accounts.

* Your state benefits can be paid directly into your account.

* Everyone who saves becomes an owner of the Credit Union.

You can save or repay your loan:

* by standing order
* by payroll deduction
* by cash or cheque at a branch
* by sending a cheque or postal order to the credit union

All transactions are confidential and every volunteer who works in the Credit Union will treat all information as strictly confidential.
