All are formally approved by the Financial Services Authority.
We employ a small number of staff, but many of our activities are carried out by our branch volunteers.

Our branch volunteers work in four teams:
Truro branch does not have a single Team leader. Instead, each shift now has a designated Day Manager. Overall co-ordination of the Truro Team is the responsibility of the Treasurer.
